Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant to the Technical Management (M/F) to support the coordination of equipment repairs and maintenance, with continuous training and professional growth. Career development in support of the Technical Management We are looking for an Assistant to the Technical Management to join our team in Benedita. This is typically a young (M/F) candidate with a degree in an engineering field related to our activity (Mechanical, Electrotechnical, Mechatronics, Automotive or similar) and at least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant area. The candidate will join a team blending youth and experience, growing professionally through daily exposure to challenges—supported sustainably by experienced professionals. Continuous internal and external training on represented brands will be provided, and the candidate is expected to gradually assume responsibility for supporting the Technical Management in repair order control, preparation of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic work, and coordination of equipment repairs and maintenance.
