




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT professional to implement, manage, and maintain platforms and applications, ensuring smooth operation and technological efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Support professional growth and development in a dynamic environment Join the team transforming the online gaming experience in Portugal — since 2017. **The Mission** Join the IT team, assuming responsibility for the implementation, management, and maintenance of IT platforms and business-supporting applications, ensuring operational continuity and organizational technological efficiency **Key Responsibilities:** * Support system integrations between internal platforms and external vendors. * Perform necessary technical configurations for integrations on platforms. * Act as the technical liaison between development teams and vendors. * Identify, analyze, and resolve application and integration technical issues. * Interpret, validate, and analyze XML-formatted reports. * Support incident analysis related to data flows and integrations. * Produce technical documentation regarding integrations, data flows, and interfaces. * Prepare technical incident reports in Portuguese and English. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of web platform architecture (preferred); * Proficiency in Python (preferred). * Experience with system integrations — APIs, files, services (preferred). * Technical analysis and application troubleshooting skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering (or equivalent). * Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years of experience. * Work location: Espinho / hybrid. **We Offer** A growing project Professional development Internal mobility Benefits plan Are you the ACE we’re missing?
