Responsibilities: - Ensure the proper functioning of the production line and guarantee that production complies with product specifications; - Comply with QESH system work procedures and instructions; - Report incidents and accidents; - Comply with work procedures and instructions; - Perform tasks essential to the correct operation of production lines, operating assigned machines; - Carry out verifications indicated in the control plan, working under self-control; - Segregate defective products; - Implement actions indicated in the BRC plan; - Complete quality, cleaning, waste, and order change records; - Maintain your work area clean and organized according to the 5S policy; - Comply with and enforce safety and environmental rules, as implemented by the company; - Comply with current food safety standards in the company.
