Opportunity for career advancement The Optimyzer Group is seeking a Generalist IT Technician capable of meeting the Group’s daily technological requirements—both hardware and software—with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 and cross-system integration. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Hardware management and maintenance (PCs, laptops, printers, local network); \- Internal technical support to users (on-site and remote); \- Administration of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, permissions and user accounts); \- Support for integrating Microsoft 365 with other company software (ERP, CRM, management and productivity tools); \- Account configuration, backups, basic security, and IT best practices; \- Coordination with IT and software vendors when required; \- Simple documentation of technical procedures and solutions. **Required Profile:** \- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience; \- Solid knowledge of hardware and Windows operating systems; \- Strong familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem; \- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi\-Fi, routers, basic firewalls); \- Ability to understand business processes and adapt IT solutions accordingly; \- Autonomy, practical mindset, and problem-solving skills; \- Strong communication skills and a user-oriented attitude. **We Value:** \- Experience with software integration (APIs, connectors, simple automations); \- Operational-level cybersecurity knowledge; \- Prior experience in corporate environments with multiple companies/brands; \- A mindset focused on optimization and continuous improvement. **Offered Conditions:** \- Integration into a growing corporate group; \- A role with autonomy and real impact on operations; \- Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience; \- Opportunity for career advancement aligned with the Group’s growth.
