Job Summary: We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team in Lisbon, contributing to innovative and internationally scaled projects focused on cutting-edge technologies. Key Highlights: 1. Professional growth opportunities We are recruiting a **DevOps Engineer** (m/f) to strengthen our Lisbon team, with the possibility of hybrid work. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related fields (preferred); * 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Administration; * Solid experience with Linux and open-source environments; * Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar; * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization; * Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Experience in automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet); * Familiarity with monitoring/logging solutions (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana); * Experience troubleshooting distributed infrastructures and critical environments; * Knowledge of networking and protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, Load Balancing); * Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) (desirable); * Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, or relational databases (desirable); * Experience in enterprise environments and high-availability infrastructures (desirable); * English level B2 or higher (desirable). **What we offer:** * Flexible working arrangements (hybrid); * Regular mentoring program; * Participation in innovative, internationally scaled projects; * Competitive compensation aligned with proven experience, health insurance, and life insurance; * Birthday leave and referral bonus.
