We are strengthening our partnership management, solutions, and business development team. We seek a candidate focused on operational efficiency and maintaining trusted professional relationships. ### **Responsibilities** * Identify and recruit new partners in the real estate sector (agencies and consultants); * Manage and energize the current partner portfolio through visits and regular follow-up; * Deliver training on our financing solutions to partners; * Monitor credit application flow and ensure conversion targets are met; ### **Profile** * Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or account management; * Negotiation skills and clear communication ability; * Goal-oriented mindset and proactivity; * Interest in the financial or real estate sectors; * Completed secondary education (minimum requirement). ### **Conditions** * Direct integration into a rapidly expanding Fintech; * Specialized training on financial products and consultative selling; * Compensation: Base Salary \+ Meal Allowance \+ Monthly Bonus Scheme \+ Health Insurance; * Location: Alvalade, Lisbon.
