**About the Role:**
We are looking for a **Cloud Support Infrastructure Expert** to join a national project, assuming a pivotal role in supporting critical production environments. We seek a professional with experience in cloud operations, infrastructure automation, and application support, capable of ensuring service availability, stability, and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide application support in production for data platforms and tools;
* Monitor services, analyze system, middleware, and application logs, identifying and resolving potential issues;
* Ensure continuous monitoring, reporting, and improvement of service quality and availability;
* Develop and maintain **Ansible playbooks** and **Terraform scripts** to automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes;
* Support and train other team members on the use of **Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes**;
* Meet defined service-level agreements (SLA/SLO) for incidents and requests;
* Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles for application support;
* Participate in a **24x7 support team**, including shift work, on-call duties, weekends, and holidays;
* Participate in **Disaster Recovery (DR)** testing and business continuity exercises;
* Validate knowledge transfer sessions conducted by development teams;
* Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure production environment stability;
* Contribute to automation initiatives, continuous improvement, and reduction of incident detection and resolution times.
**Requirements:**
* Master’s degree in **Computer Engineering, Computer Science**, or equivalent field;
* Minimum **5 years** of experience in **IT Operations** or **Software Engineering**;
* Minimum **2 years** of experience with at least one public cloud provider (**IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud**);
* Minimum **2 years** of hands-on experience with **Ansible** and **Docker**;
* Solid knowledge of **Linux**, command-line interface (CLI), and **Shell Scripting**;
* Experience with scripting languages, preferably **Python** and/or **Bash**;
* Experience in infrastructure automation using **Ansible** and **Terraform**;
* Knowledge of **Kubernetes** and containerized environments;
* Experience with **Continuous Integration (CI)** tools such as **Jenkins, Travis CI, Concourse**, or similar;
* Familiarity with **ITIL** best practices;
* Fluency in **English** (spoken and written).
**Nice-to-Have:**
* **Red Hat Enterprise Linux Automation with Ansible (RH294)** certification;
* **Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)** certification;
* **Developing Advanced Automation with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (DO374)** certification;
* **HashiCorp Terraform Associate** certification;
* **HashiCorp Vault Associate** certification;
* Experience in critical production environments and high-availability support;
* Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, collaboration, and commitment to continuous improvement.
