Position: Platform Support Specialist Location: Porto, Portugal \| Hybrid – 2 to 3 times per month in the office Main responsibilities: * Coordinates between the stakeholders and all support levels. * Optimize Support process. * Accountable for support documentation on online platforms. * Improve the Performance of the Platform Admin Team. * Ensures all requests are fulfilled within the SLA agreed timeframe. * Fully responsible and leading the mass disturbance process. Requirements: * 3 years of professional experience in a similar role. * Support organization for customer\-facing online platforms. * Nice to have: Azure DevOps, Salesforce, Piwik/Matomo, Power BI, New Relic, Excel, Confluence. * Stakeholder oriented. * Can listen to and understand customer feedback. * Strong and positive communication. * Proactive problem\-solving and troubleshooting. * Self\-driven, quality\-focused mindset. * Experience in working with different cultures. * Fluency in English (mandatory).
