If you combine technical knowledge with business understanding, we want to meet you. ### **What You’ll Do:** * **Develop on-premises CRM Dynamics solutions**, designing features that comply with business requirements, regulatory rules, and the organization’s functional architecture. * **Support business operations**, clarifying application rules and ensuring technology meets real needs. * **Implement business workflows** in Dynamics 365, focusing on *out-of-the-box* functionality. * **Customize components**: modify or create tailored elements—including data models, entities, forms, and views. ### **What We’re Looking For:** **Required:** * Proven technical and functional expertise in **CRM Dynamics**, preferably on-premises. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Fluency in **Portuguese** (spoken and written). * Strong command of **English** (spoken and written). **Also Valued:** * Clear and effective communication skills with both technical and functional teams. * Experience in regulated environments and with complex business rules. * Proactivity in problem-solving and adapting to new challenges.
