We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operators (M/F) for a company engaged in the distribution of natural products, natural cosmetics, and dietary supplements. Location: Olivais – Lisbon Working Hours: 07:00–16:00, 14:00–23:00, or 00:00–09:00 (positions available for all shifts) Days Off: Weekends Responsibilities: - Receiving, verifying, and storing goods; - Sorting and preparing orders (picking) for stores and online customers; - Restocking and organizing various warehouse zones (refrigerated, fresh, dry, recycling, etc.); - Quality control, expiry date verification, and product integrity checks; - Loading and unloading trucks; - Assisting with recycling tasks and maintaining workspace cleanliness; - Adhering to workplace safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Candidate Profile: - Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade or equivalent; - Proven professional experience in this role; - Sense of responsibility, resilience, and dynamism; - Physical stamina suitable for the role; - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; - Versatile individual with strong organizational skills; - Rigor and attention to detail; - Immediate availability.
