Job Summary: Manage and supervise all phases of construction, ensuring adherence to the plan, schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Position: Construction Director Main Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all phases of construction, from preparation to final handover. Ensure strict adherence to the physical\-financial plan and schedule, guaranteeing that targets are met on time and within the approved budget. Ensure all work is executed in accordance with technical specifications, design documents, and required quality standards. Actively participate in construction planning, contributing to the definition of schedules, budgets, and necessary resources. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to teams, monitoring execution to ensure productivity and efficiency. Manage and resolve conflicts, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment. Control costs and prevent budget deviations, ensuring project profitability. Ensure compliance with applicable technical, occupational safety, and environmental regulations, implementing preventive measures to avoid accidents. Monitor and validate the quality of materials and services, preventing rework and waste. Ensure the team has the necessary equipment and training to perform their duties safely and effectively. Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, developers, investors, and/or public entities, reporting construction progress through reports and periodic meetings. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, permits, and urban, environmental, and labor regulations. Coordinate finishing, completion, and cleaning activities, ensuring handover meets excellence standards. Participate in final inspections, performing the punch list review and ensuring resolution of all items prior to client handover. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering; in some cases, Architecture is acceptable. Minimum 3 years of experience. Valid Class B driver's license. \*\*Salary negotiable.
