Therefore, we are recruiting a Restaurant Supervisor in Faro. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team to ensure excellent customer service; * Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards defined by the establishment; * Assign tasks and monitor staff performance; * Ensure proper guest reception and customer service; * Monitor daily dining room operations, ensuring organization and service efficiency; * Professionally manage reservations, complaints, and customer needs; * Support the training and integration of new staff members; * Ensure adherence to working hours and internal procedures. **Candidate Profile:** * Prior supervisory experience in the foodservice industry (essential); * Fluency in Portuguese and English (essential); * Leadership and team management capabilities; * Sense of responsibility, organization, and autonomy; * Strong communication skills and customer orientation; * Problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills; * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations; * Availability for rotating shifts and/or shift work. **We Offer:** * Integration into a young and dynamic team; * Positive, close-knit, and collaborative environment; * Integration into a leading business group in the Algarve.
