They are empowered to move freely within their space and do what needs to be done. Whether responding to guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, or performing other similar housekeeping responsibilities, the Guest Environment Expert ensures that hotel spaces contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
