Organized and communicative profile We are recruiting **Multiskilled Technicians** to join our team at Tavira Plaza. **Duration:** June 1 to August 26 **Responsibilities:** * Ensure maintenance and proper functioning of the facility/building * Conduct daily routine inspections and corrective and preventive maintenance * Perform minor first-level tasks in electricity and mechanics * Report all interventions carried out **Requirements:** * Technical qualification specializing in electromechanics, mechanics, or related fields, or prior experience in maintenance/multiskilled roles * Experience in building maintenance * Basic knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation, electricity, and mechanics (preferred) * Neat appearance and good personal hygiene * Organized profile with strong communication skills * Proactivity and responsibility **Benefits:** * Health insurance after 6 months * Meal allowance via card * Possibility of permanent employment depending on performance Type of position: Full-time Benefits: * Company car * Meal card/ticket * Health insurance Work location: On-site
