Main Responsibilities: * Operational management of customer service. * Receiving and assisting customers during check-ins. * Managing and executing daily front office tasks and processes. * Performing administrative and logistical back office services (including reservations, sales, property availability, among others). * Coordinating daily operations with internal teams such as Reservations, Property Management, Maintenance, and Housekeeping. * Reporting directly to the Customer Management Department's management. Profile and Skills: * Mandatory secondary education, 12th grade completed. * Passion for direct customer interaction and focus on building long-term trust relationships. * Talent for effective communication, actively engaging in daily teamwork, promoting collaboration and collective success. * We value professionals who are autonomous, dynamic, organized, and have a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality. * Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written. * Knowledge of a third foreign language (French, German, etc.) is valued. * Knowledge and/or experience in the hospitality field. * Good computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Driver's license category B or B1. * Residence near the Tavira area or easy access to it.
