Our multidisciplinary team delivers specialized real estate consultancy alongside comprehensive revenue management services. We also operate in property administration and rental management, generating strong financial returns for developers and investors. Our goal is to anticipate client needs and deliver excellence in a competitive and dynamic market. We are currently looking for a Property Manager to join our team in a dynamic and welcoming environment. This is a Full\-time, on\-site position based at Albureira and Faro. Key responsibilities includes ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards while delivering an exceptional experience to our homeowners. Responsibilities: Meeting with new property owners and leading the onboarding process. Building and maintaining strong relationships with homeowners through regular communication. Conducting weekly property inspections and preparing detailed reports. Coordinating and overseeing repair, maintenance, and improvement projects. Scheduling and managing outsourced services, including housekeeping, maintenance, pool care, landscaping, security, and other property services. Supervising external contractors and ensuring work is completed to the highest quality standards. Managing the daily maintenance schedule and ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and on time. Collaborating closely with the Curation Team to ensure every property meets PMP's quality standards. Maintaining a basic understanding of Portuguese Local Accommodation (Alojamento Local) regulations and ensuring operational compliance. Representing Portugal Property Management with professionalism, integrity, and excellence in every interaction. Qualifications * 2 \- 3 years of property experience * At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role * Detail\-oriented and strong communication skills * Minimum of 2 years of experience with properties. * Strong knowledge of the Algarve luxury real estate scenario. * Analytical and problem\-solver mindset and high attention to detail. * An entrepreneurial attitude always looking to push boundaries. * Fluency in English (our company language) and Portuguese.
