We are launching an ambitious private estate winery project in Portugal's Algarve, starting with 11 hectares of carefully selected vineyards and a long\-term vision of producing internationally recognised, world\-class wines that express the character of an exceptional Atlantic terroir. We are seeking an experienced Resident Head Winemaker with a minimum of five years' proven leadership experience in premium or luxury wine production.
