Job Details: Location: Vale de Parra, Albufeira Employment Type: Full-time (09:00 – 18:00) Immediate Start Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and versatile candidate to join our team in Albufeira. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the brand’s digital presence, managing customer communications, and supporting backoffice/frontoffice operations of a growing company in the real estate and tourism sectors. Responsibilities: Create and implement the communication plan; develop concepts, graphic design, and copywriting for social media. Daily management of social media platforms, Google Ads campaigns, and email marketing. Monitor KPIs, analyze competitors, and provide practical recommendations. CRM and Channel Manager (OTA portals) management. Direct support to the frontoffice team and customer interaction. Identify market trends and new opportunities in social media and tourism sectors. Required Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Fluent command of Portuguese and English (mandatory); additional languages are an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, graphic editing software, and WordPress back-office (preferred). Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, critical thinking, and proactivity. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (essential). Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points): Prior experience in the hospitality and tourism industry.
