Responsibilities and Areas of Operation Wash plates, glasses, pots, etc., and all other kitchen utensils manually or using dishwashers; Place cleaned dishes and utensils in designated storage areas; Maintain kitchens, equipment, and utensils clean and organized; Collect and remove garbage; Transport food or equipment from storerooms to kitchens.
