Initial and continuous training **Description:** ---------------- The AlgarExperience, a leading company in the maritime-tourism sector headquartered in Albufeira, is looking for a **Payroll Technician (M/F)!** We seek a highly motivated employee responsible for ensuring payroll processing and associated administrative tasks, guaranteeing compliance with our commitments to employees as well as current labor, tax, and social security legislation. **Your mission:** * Monthly payroll processing, including hours worked, variable components, allowances, and absences * Management and updating of employee data in the system * Preparation and submission of declarations to Social Security, AT, and other competent authorities * Management of time clock records * Monitoring and recording of absences, holidays, overtime banks, and other attendance regimes * Issuance of payslips and mandatory legal reports * Handling of new hires, contractual changes, and contract terminations * Support in preparing the annual budget related to personnel costs * Clarification of internal queries regarding salaries, benefits, labor legislation, and other employee requests * Ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation **Requirements:** ----------------- **What we are looking for:** * Academic background in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields * Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll functions * Experience with payroll software, preferably Primavera * Solid knowledge of Portuguese labor and tax legislation * Ability to interpret contracts, agreements, and internal regulations * Proficiency in MS Office tools * Proactivity, sense of responsibility, planning and organizational skills, within a dynamic environment * Team spirit, anticipation mindset, focused on always finding the best solutions * Commitment to values of simplicity, sustainability, leadership, trust, and personal growth/development **What we offer:** * Permanent employment contract * Competitive remuneration aligned with the role and demonstrated experience * Birthday leave day * Meal card worth €10.46/day * Health insurance, according to company policy * Initial and continuous training * Training support, in accordance with internal company policy * Special conditions for you and your family to enjoy our experiences * Attractive discounts with our partners * Team-building activities * Integration into a dynamic and inspiring team * Informal culture where we interact equally with everyone If you have what it takes, dare to be WOW and apply now.
