The hired professional’s main responsibility is to ensure the service quality required by the Group, complying with all standards and procedures, and guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and cooking of meals; * Plating and garnishing cooked dishes; * Developing or assisting in menu development; * Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and other equipment; * Performing tasks in accordance with Food Hygiene and Safety, and Occupational Health and Safety standards. **Requirements:** * Professional experience and training in the culinary field; * Cost management sensitivity and results orientation; * Experience in buffet and à la carte service; * Solid knowledge of HACCP; * Teamwork orientation; * Responsible, punctual, and assiduous; * Strong organizational and cleanliness skills; * Availability for rotating and shift-based schedules. **Will we be naturally distinct together?
