We are expanding our team and looking for a Billing and Collections Technician with a strong sense of rigor, organization, and teamwork. The professional will be responsible for ensuring accurate and transparent billing to clients, maintaining courteous and efficient communication, as well as controlling and monitoring the collections process, keeping debt levels balanced and fostering trust-based relationships with clients. Responsibilities: **Billing:** * Execute the full client billing process rigorously and efficiently; * Create and maintain up-to-date client records, ensuring data integrity; * Manage maintenance contracts in the software and control annual rate increases; * Send invoices, quotations, and communications to clients in a courteous and professional manner; * Collaborate in defining and improving internal billing procedures; * Support audit processes, ensuring proper document archiving and traceability. **Collections:** * Analyze customer accounts and monitor the status of outstanding debts; * Conduct collections courteously, in accordance with management guidelines; * Prepare biweekly reports on the status of outstanding debts; * Manage dispute situations and collaborate with the legal and finance departments; * Maintain empathetic communication with all clients within defined timeframes. Requirements: \- Higher education or technical degree in Management or Accounting. \- Professional experience in similar roles (billing and/or accounting). \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. \- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. \- Analytical mindset and attention to detail. \- Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. \- Valid driver's license and personal transportation.
