We are currently recruiting for the position of IT Technician (Professional Internship). Responsibilities * Support and execute tasks related to infrastructure/network installation and maintenance; * Provide internal customer support for application usage; * Technical support for software and hardware; * Incident management (assistance requests) and resolution; * Installation, configuration, and management of computers and operating systems. Required Profile * Eligible for the INICIAR (IEFP) professional internship program; * Vocational course in the field of IT; * Knowledge of structured networks (preferred); * Knowledge of hardware and software installation; * Proficiency in Office applications; * English language skills; * Dynamism, initiative, strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Critical thinking, analytical ability, and capacity to anticipate and resolve problems; * Rigor, organizational skills, and methodical work approach.
