**Human Resources Director**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **HR Strategy and Planning**
* Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
* Support senior leadership in defining growth strategies, organizational culture, and talent management.
* **People Management**
* Lead, motivate, and develop HR teams, promoting continuous training and career planning.
* Implement effective recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and talent retention processes.
* **Organizational Development**
* Promote training programs, leadership development, and succession planning.
* Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and improve organizational climate.
* **Compensation and Benefits Management**
* Supervise compensation, benefits, and incentive policies.
* Ensure competitiveness of the benefits package and alignment with market standards.
* **Compliance and Legislation**
* Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor legislation and applicable regulations.
* Maintain ethical and transparent practices across all HR processes.
* **Culture and Employee Experience**
* Foster a healthy, inclusive, and results-oriented corporate culture.
* Implement employee experience and engagement strategies.
* **Analytics and Reporting**
* Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for executive leadership.
* Identify improvement opportunities and implement strategic solutions.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Management, or related fields;
* Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role;
* In-depth knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation and modern HR practices;
* Experience in organizational development, talent management, and employer branding;
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;
* Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are an advantage.
