We are looking for a Night Auditor for the Holiday Inn Express \& Suites in Portimão. Key Responsibilities, among others: * Perform efficient check-ins and check-outs, providing a warm welcome to guests and property owners * Manage reservations, ensuring process efficiency; * Provide detailed information about the resort, local attractions, and available services; * Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and interact professionally in person with guests and property owners; * Carry out all administrative tasks inherent to the role, such as expense posting, issuing receipts and notifications, filing, and account closings; * Resolve guest problems or complaints efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service; * Collaborate with other departments within the resort to ensure an integrated guest experience; Requirements: * Secondary education (12th grade); * Strong communication skills; * Knowledge of reservation systems; * Good organizational skills and ability to manage stress; * Proactive attitude and guest-service focus; * Proficiency in foreign languages (English preferred); * Autonomy and sense of responsibility; * Enthusiasm for personalized customer interaction; * Attention to detail; * Proficiency in information technologies (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
