Perform minor electrical and mechanical tasks We are recruiting **Multiskilled Technicians** to join our team at Tavira Plaza. **Duration:** 06/01 to 08/26 **Responsibilities:** * Ensure maintenance and proper functioning of the premises/building * Carry out daily routine inspections and corrective and preventive maintenance * Perform first-level electrical and mechanical tasks * Report all interventions carried out **Requirements:** * Technical qualification specializing in electromechanics, mechanics, or related fields—or prior experience in maintenance/multiskilled roles * Experience in building maintenance * Basic knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation, electricity, and mechanics (preferred) * Neat appearance and good personal hygiene * Organized profile with strong communication skills * Proactivity and responsibility **Benefits:** * Health insurance after 6 months * Meal allowance via card * Possibility of permanent employment based on performance Type of position: Full-time Benefits: * Company car * Meal card/ticket * Health insurance Work location: On-site
