Love and Lace is a small wedding planning company specializing in international clients, headquartered in Faro. We operate at the highest standards of excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and a strategic, organized, and elegant approach. We are looking for a creative, organized, and event-passionate individual to join our team starting in March. Required Profile: Higher education degree in a relevant field (Communication, Public Relations, Tourism or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience in event management and planning (preferred) Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure Team spirit and strong communication skills Passion for the world of weddings and events Refined aesthetic sense Friendliness, professional appearance, discretion, and conduct aligned with the brand’s standards Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Full flexibility regarding working hours and travel within and outside the Algarve region.
