Job Summary: We are seeking an Intern for Assistant to the General Manager to support hotel management, conduct internal audits, and assist the Human Resources department. Key Highlights: 1. The Vila Galé hotels in the Algarve region are looking to integrate an Intern for Assistant to the General Manager into their teams. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support the management of all hotel departments; Conduct internal hotel audits and support the Quality, Environment, and Safety department; Directly assist the Human Resources department in planning and executing required activities; Substitute for the General Manager whenever necessary; Support tasks across all hotel departments; Assist in hiring team members. **YOUR PROFILE:** Your education and experience are in Hotel Management, Tourism, or related fields. You possess leadership skills, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and have a natural talent for managing and training teams, always demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility. You are capable of resolving internal conflicts and problems. You can work under pressure, manage costs, deadlines, and schedules according to requirements. Communication is your middle name—you communicate effectively both with teams and with guests. You love selling, and your commercial spirit is evident in every situation. You adapt quickly to any professional environment, possess computer and Excel skills, and are fluent in at least two foreign languages (English and another). You care about your personal presentation, are organized, versatile, proactive, and dynamic.
