Hostel Receptionist – Full-Time Join the Night-Shift Hostel Reception team and work in a global, fun, and homely environment. Come be part of the first and most popular hostels in Faro! Main responsibilities: Provide a friendly, welcoming, and efficient service to all guests, both at the front desk and with general office duties (emails, bookings, payments). Ensure the smooth running of the reception and assist with front of house operations. Handle customer complaints efficiently and politely, seeking solutions together with your peers. Engage with travellers, take their orders, and serve beverages and refreshments according to Hostel protocols. Minimum requirements: Prior experience in handling travellers. Capability to work effectively under pressure. Problem-solving attitude. Good communication skills in Portuguese and proficiency in English (other languages are a plus). Enjoy working with the public and as part of a team. Willingness to work in night-shifts. Portuguese language is mandatory.
