Professional development opportunities We are looking for a motivated Architect to join our team at SAUDADE, based in the Algarve. If you are passionate about architecture, pay attention to detail, and want to be part of projects that value territory and quality of life, we want to meet you! **- Your responsibilities:** Develop architectural projects across all phases (concept design, permitting, and construction); Collaborate with the technical team and clients on residential, tourism, and rehabilitation projects; Ensure technical and aesthetic quality of projects, meeting deadlines and applicable regulations; Participate in site meetings and multidisciplinary coordination meetings. **- What we’re looking for:** Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture and registration with the Portuguese Order of Architects (or eligibility for registration); Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SketchUp; Strong knowledge of Portuguese regulations (RGEU, RECS, etc.); Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and attention to detail; Residence in the Algarve or willingness to relocate. **- What we offer:** Full-time contract and remuneration commensurate with experience; A **4-day workweek**, with rotating weekly days off; Participation in challenging and diverse projects; Collaborative and creative environment; Professional development opportunities; **- How to apply:** Send your CV and portfolio in PDF format to saudadearchitecturestudio@gmail.com with the subject line: “Application – Architect 2026” We want to meet people passionate about architecture, territory, and doing things differently.
