Work in an environment based on equity, integrity, and diversity ###### **WORKPLACE:** **Faro (On\-Site)** ###### **ROLE:** * Providing in\-person and remote support for incidents and requests; * Diagnosing, resolving, and escalating technical issues; * Configuring and maintaining equipment (PCs, POS systems, tablets, printers, etc.); * Managing access, accounts, and permissions; * Logging and tracking tickets; * Collaborating with local and central IT teams. ###### **PROFILE:** * Technical background in Information Technology; * At least 1 year of professional experience in similar roles; * Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networks, and hardware; * Strong communication and organizational skills, with a user\-oriented approach; * Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem\-solving.
