Night audit and billing control **Position:** Night Auditor Welcome customers, present products, and perform the night audit according to the current work instructions. **Availability:** Immediate; **Educational Qualifications:** Minimum 12th grade education and/or training in Tourism or Hotel Management **Requirements:** Preparation Perform the night audit according to the current work instructions. Carry out procedures defined in the Night Auditor Work Instructions; Verify arrivals, pending wake-up calls, special requests, and other items; Check and prepare conditions for using equipment and utensils employed in front desk service; Service Ensure front desk operations, performing check\-in and check\-out according to current work instructions; Promote the hotel's image and services to various types of customers; Management Verify customer debits/accounts; Conduct billing control and hotel credit control; Audit the closing of all areas involving payments and POS terminals.
