Opportunities for professional advancement FLEXSIS, a prestigious brand of INTERIMAN GROUP, is recruiting a Construction Manager (M/F) for its end client in the air conditioning / HVAC sector in the Algarve. **Responsibilities** \- Plan, coordinate, and supervise HVAC construction projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards; \- Manage technical teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and safe execution; \- Develop and monitor physical project schedules, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions; \- Ensure compliance with technical, environmental, and safety regulations; \- Coordinate communication among clients, production management, and internal departments; \- Represent the company at site meetings and with external entities; \- Ensure implementation of the company’s internal policies and procedures. **Requirements** \- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering; \- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC engineering roles; \- Leadership, planning, and communication skills; \- Proficiency in project and management software; \- Residence in the Algarve region; \- Valid driver's license; \- Sense of responsibility, rigor, and results-oriented mindset. **Offer** \- Direct employment contract with the company; \- Integration into a company recognized in the sector; \- Positive work environment and opportunities for professional advancement; \- Salary commensurate with role and demonstrated experience; \- Meal allowance; \- Company vehicle for exclusive professional use; \- Other benefits currently in effect at the company.
