We are seeking an Occupational Safety and Continuous Improvement Manager to develop risk assessment processes and implement continuous improvement.

**Your Responsibilities**

Main Tasks
* Develop occupational risk assessment processes and collaborate in planning and implementing the company's occupational risk prevention management system.
* Design, schedule, and implement preventive and protective measures.
* Collaborate in designing workplaces, work methods and organization, as well as in selecting and maintaining work equipment.
* Select and test personal protective equipment.
* Assess working conditions.
* Conduct technical inspections of operational installations and technical work equipment—especially prior to commissioning—and of work procedures—especially prior to implementation.
* Ensure application of safety measures and accident prevention.
* Analyze and characterize occupational accidents.
* Implement the continuous improvement process using Lean Management tools.
* Identify improvement opportunities.
* Conduct regular process analyses to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance process efficiency.
* Plan and implement Lean projects.
* Monitor and evaluate continuous improvement projects and Lean project performance.

**Your Profile**

Profile
* Academic qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (TSHST Level VI), preferred.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles within an industrial context, preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of OHS legislation.
* Knowledge of Lean Management and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Familiarity with ISO 9001 standard.
* Competence in project management and analysis, and in identifying improvement opportunities.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally across departments.
* Project leadership and teamwork.
* Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
* Critical thinking.
* Fluent in English.
* SAP knowledge.
* Proficiency in end-user IT tools.
