




Main Responsibilities * Manage all stages of construction projects according to budget, planning, and high standards of quality and presentation, ensuring coordination with all involved parties; * Define, select, and negotiate with suppliers and service providers according to the specific requirements of each project; * Prepare internal construction control reports, Cost Plans and Production Management Dashboards, Construction Procedures, Scheduling, Provisional Acceptances, and Final Account Closures, analyzing deviations and proposing corrections when necessary; * Carry out project quantity surveys and subsequent cost estimation; * Request the necessary permits for project development. Skills Profile * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in site management roles; * Experience in civil construction, particularly in specialized works and finishing; * Ability to lead teams, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers; * Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, versatility, and flexibility to adapt to different contexts and stakeholders; * Leadership and proactive mindset; * Negotiation skills and results-oriented; * Proficiency in computer tools (Office, AutoCAD, Project) and knowledge of English.
