They are currently seeking to recruit a General Manager to join their team based in the Albufeira area. **Job Responsibilities:** * Define and implement the company's commercial strategy with a focus on growth in the B2C market; * Manage relationships with key clients and oversee strategic negotiations; * Oversee the production department, carry out production planning, and monitor quality assurance and maintenance processes; * Conduct analysis and management of production performance (KPIs); * Coordinate operational and administrative departments to ensure internal process efficiency; * Ensure production timelines to guarantee product quality and timely order fulfillment; * Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in commercial leadership, preferably within industrial sectors or construction-related industries (glass, aluminum, etc.); * Strategic vision combined with practical, operational approach; * Experience managing teams; * Dynamism, proactivity, and assertiveness; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills; * Ability to make decisions.
