**Junior Cost Controller wanted to assist with the following functions:** \- Implement and contribute to the definition of internal processes related to purchasing/stores; \- Implement procedures and standards for goods receiving and warehouse organization; \- Supervise inventory management, ensuring stock levels meet the needs of multiple departments; \- Participate in and oversee the procurement process with suppliers; \- Assist in maintaining structured data, including price entry and maintenance, menu changes, and user changes in the point\-of\-sale (POS) system; \- Assist in conducting monthly physical inventory sampling for food, beverages, and general supplies; \- Assist in defining and implementing corrective actions for identified discrepancies. **Requirements:** \- Higher or technical/professional education in Management, Finance, or Hospitality Management; \- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in similar roles; \- Strong organizational, planning, assertiveness, and data analysis skills; \- Solid knowledge of Excel.
