We are currently recruiting a **Night Auditor (m/f)** for our **Marriott Residences Salgados Algarve** hotel in Albufeira. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform efficient check-ins and check-outs, providing a warm welcome to guests and property owners; * Manage reservations, ensuring process efficiency; * Provide detailed information about the hotel, local attractions, and available services; * Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and interact personally with guests in a professional and courteous manner; * Carry out all administrative tasks inherent to the role, including expense posting, issuing receipts and notifications, filing, and account closures; * Resolve guest issues or complaints efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service; * Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an integrated guest experience; **Requirements:** * Completion of secondary education (12th grade); * Strong communication skills; * Knowledge of reservation systems; * Good organizational skills and ability to manage stress; * Proactive attitude and guest-focused mindset; * Proficiency in foreign languages (English preferred); * Autonomy and sense of responsibility; * Enthusiasm for personalized customer interaction; * Attention to detail; * Proficiency in information technologies (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook). **We Offer:** * A positive work environment and integration into a young and dynamic team; * Competitive salary commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Health insurance; * Holiday bonus based on attendance; * Benefits across Highgate hotels; * Career development and progression.
