Candidates must meet the following requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervision, store management, or team leadership roles in retail environments with targets and personalized service; * Minimum high school diploma (12th grade); * Passion for the pet/retail sector; * Results-oriented mindset; * Experience in KPI management; * Excellent communication skills and solution-focused approach; * Strong leadership capability; * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours; * Passion for dynamic and challenging environments;
