Join a team driven by purpose, innovation, ethics, and sustainability. **Together, we care better.** **Your role at Medinfar** As a ***Quality Assurance Supervisor***, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing validation activities, ensuring manufacturing processes meet regulatory requirements and promoting continuous improvement in line with industry standards at our industrial unit in Condeixa, Coimbra. **How will you make a difference?** * **Attention to detail:** Develop, review, and execute validation protocols/reports for manufacturing processes. * **Regulatory knowledge:** Ensure all validation activities comply with GMP, SOPs, and other regulatory requirements. * **Analytical ability:** Conduct risk assessments and develop validation strategies. * **Project management:** Collaborate with other teams to ensure validation activities are integrated into project timelines. * **Document control:** Maintain and update validation documentation, including master plans, protocols, and reports. * **Problem solving:** Investigate and resolve deviations and incidents related to validation. * **Professional development:** Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance. **What we are looking for:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Process Validation or Production. * Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). * Excellent command of English (mandatory). * Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Good teamwork and proactive attitude; * Strong organizational, task-prioritization, planning, and results-oriented skills. **Why Medinfar?** Because here you’ll find more than just a professional challenge.
