Coordinate project management and process improvement tasks. ##### **Job Description** The BASI Laboratories \- Pharmaceutical Industry, located in Mortágua, are a reference company in their field of activity, with over 50 years of history. They are currently seeking to strengthen their Strategic and Operational Development team with a(n): Industrial Projects Technician MISSION: Participate in the implementation of industrial projects aimed at optimizing process efficiency and productivity, as well as improving product and organizational quality. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Propose and analyze proposals regarding the technical and economic feasibility of new investments for approval by Management; * Monitor the receipt and installation of new equipment and systems within the scope of projects; * Support and participate in FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SATs (Site Acceptance Tests); * Draft URS (User Requirement Specifications) for equipment, facilities, utilities (e.g., compressed air), and information systems and technologies; * Participate in trend and risk analyses; * Coordinate project management and process improvement tasks; * Prepare project reports containing execution status, deviations, changes, and budgetary assessments, where applicable; * And other related tasks. ##### **Candidate Profile** * Higher education degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or another relevant field; * Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) (preferred); * Experience in similar or otherwise relevant roles (preferred); * Experience in project management; * Knowledge of CAD (preferred); * Good command of English; * Resilience, critical thinking, proactivity, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
