On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Support the implementation of Customer Experience initiatives and projects * Contribute to developing a customer-centric culture * Monitor customer experience metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and CES * Analyze feedback from customers and partners, identifying improvement opportunities * Support monitoring of the Customer Support Centre performance and service levels * Collaborate on managing and tracking escalated complaints and requests, ensuring effective and timely resolution * Update complaint reports, analyzing root causes, response times, and other relevant metrics * Support customer communication initiatives * Work closely with After-Sales, Logistics, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure the best possible customer experience **What We Are Looking For** * Recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields * Strong customer orientation * Interest in data analysis and experience metrics * Proactive attitude and problem-solving focus * Good oral and written communication skills * Analytical thinking and attention to detail * Proficiency in Portuguese and English * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) * Familiarity with digital tools (Qualtrics knowledge is an advantage) **What We Offer** * Paid professional internship lasting 12 months, plus meal allowance via card and transportation subsidy * Birthday leave * Free coffee and fruit at the workplace * Team-building activities among colleagues * Partnerships with wellness companies * Integration into a multinational, market-leading, sustainability-oriented company **Apply now and take the first step in your career with us.
