Join us and become part of a passionate organization driven by innovation and excellence. **About the Role:** We are looking for a **Data Analyst** to join a team focused on transforming **Payments \& Cash Management** operations through data analysis and Artificial Intelligence initiatives. In this role, you will play an active part in enhancing operational efficiency, customer experience, and supporting data-driven decision-making. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data; identifying trends and improvement opportunities; developing dashboards and reports; and automating analytical processes using tools such as Alteryx. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights and contribute to process optimization and innovation initiatives. **Requirements:** * Professional experience as a **Data Analyst** or in similar roles; * Strong knowledge of **SQL**, **Python**, **R**, and **Excel**; * Experience using data visualization tools such as **Tableau** and/or **Power BI**; * Practical experience with **Alteryx** for data preparation, transformation, analysis, and automation; * Analytical ability, critical thinking, and problem-solving orientation; * Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business insights; * Knowledge of banking operations and payment and treasury management processes (preferred); * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders; * Fluency in English (spoken and written).
