We are looking for a **Reservation Agent** for individual and group bookings who is eager to grow and develop — join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Handle reservation requests via telephone, e\-mail, and/or online, ensuring efficient and personalized service * Provide detailed information about our hotels, packages, and special offers * Ensure accurate registration and processing of all reservations * Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction * Stay up\-to\-date on pricing policies, availability, and reservation procedures **Requirements:** * Prior experience in hotel reservation roles * Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written * Problem\-solving ability * Knowledge of online platforms, reservation systems, and/or hotel management software is an advantage * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team * Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional language skills are advantageous) * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays If you are proactive and wish to join the The Beautique Hotels team, please send your CV to rh@thebeautiquehotels.com Type of position: Full\-time Compensation: €1,000.00 per month Screening question(s): * Do you have authorization to reside and work in Portugal?
