We are a growing hotel group, Once Upon a House, and have recently opened our third unit, Once Upon Lisboa, a Boutique Hotel positioned in the luxury segment and located in downtown Lisbon. **Main Responsibilities** \- Receive and welcome guests upon arrival at the Hotel; \- Ensure check\-in, check\-out, reservation, billing processes and other administrative tasks inherent to the role; \- Provide information about hotel operations and details on points of interest in the city and region; \- Guarantee a positive guest experience by promptly addressing inquiries and ensuring excellent hospitality; \- Handle complaints/suggestions, report them to superiors, and respond to customer needs. **Requirements** \- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in upscale establishments; \- Fluent in English (eliminatory criterion), additional languages will be valued; \- Minimum education level – 12th grade; \- Integrity, discipline and organizational skills; \- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities; \- Friendly, kind, and strongly customer\-oriented; \- Flexible availability for shifts; \- Familiarity with New\-Hotel is an advantage. \- Good personal presentation; \- Dynamic, versatile and proactive; \- Autonomy and sense of responsibility. **We Offer:** \- Competitive salary according to role and experience; \- Training; \- Meal allowance via card.
