




Job Summary: We are seeking a Platform Administrator with experience in Microsoft enterprise environments, strong troubleshooting skills, and enthusiasm for tackling technical challenges in critical, high-demand contexts. Participation in implementation, migration, and technological evolution projects We are looking for a Platform Administrator with experience in Microsoft enterprise environments, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and enthusiasm for technical challenges in critical, high-demand contexts to join our team. What You Will Do: * Provide second- and third-line support for critical platforms and infrastructures; * Participate in preventive maintenance and 24/7 support; * Administer and support Microsoft enterprise environments; * Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and vulnerabilities; * Automate operational tasks and processes via scripting; * Participate in implementation, migration, and technological evolution projects; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams; * Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and tools. What Are We Looking For in a Candidate Like You? Mandatory Experience With: * Administration of Microsoft environments; * Active Directory; * Management and implementation of GPOs; * Windows Server and Windows Client operating systems; * TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP; * PowerShell; * Troubleshooting and problem resolution in enterprise environments; * ITIL best practices / service management. Additional Valued Knowledge In: * Microsoft Azure; * Linux/Unix; * SCCM / MECM; * WSUS; * F5 Load Balancer; * MS Orchestrator / automation. Ideal Profile: * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; * Autonomy and sense of responsibility; * Adaptability and capacity for rapid learning; * Good communication skills and teamwork spirit; * Proactive, service-oriented mindset; * Ability to work effectively in critical and dynamic environments; * Availability for on-call / standby duties.
