The Manager is responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, leading the team and ensuring the achievement of the company's objectives and values. **Leadership & Team Management** * Coordinate, develop, and motivate the in-store team, promoting the growth of each employee's skills * Create and manage work schedules while monitoring operational costs * Ensure a positive, dynamic, and results-oriented work environment **Operations & Unit Management** * Manage the cash register and ensure smooth and efficient operations * Conduct weekly and monthly inventory checks * Ensure maintenance and proper functioning of store equipment * Guarantee compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) **Administration & Partner Relations** * Manage unit accounting and administration * Maintain relationships with suppliers and external entities **What We Are Looking For** * Experience as a Manager, preferably in Restaurants, Bars, or Cafés * Proficiency in Office Suite * English language proficiency at B2/C1 level * Category B driver's license * Passion for hospitality and food service * Goal-oriented mindset and analytical skills * Negotiation ability, conflict management, and feedback delivery skills * Leadership spirit, resilience, and flexibility regarding working hours * Strong communication and teamwork skills **What We Offer** * Employment contract with salary commensurate with experience * Meal voucher/card * Coverflex – various additional benefits * Performance bonuses * Continuous training and opportunities for professional growth * Be part of an innovative project from day one * A young and dynamic work environment
