You will also be responsible for managing the commercial operations in the Cacém area and leading negotiations in line with the company's commercial policies regarding Temporary Work. You should aim to increase market share and profitability by carrying out commercial actions that meet client needs, ensuring excellent service delivery and striving to become a reference partner in Human Resources consulting. **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * Manage a client portfolio through prospecting and acquiring new clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with the services provided. * Lead and motivate a team, supporting recruitment, training, needs analysis, and performance evaluation. * Implement procedures related to commercial activities, including conducting weekly visits for prospecting, sales, or customer retention; preparing, presenting, and negotiating commercial proposals; and carrying out collections. * Know the company's services and the legislation regulating them, as well as competitors' strategies. * Prepare reports related to your role. * Promote collaboration with local entities or other organizations, fostering the development of new solutions, products, or services. * Monitor progress toward goal achievement through analysis of performance reports. **Profile:** * Proven professional experience in sales. Minimum of 2 years in the commercial field, preferably in Human Resources. * Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) * Knowledge of English and Spanish (preferable) * Valid driver's license * **Customer orientation:** Places the customer at the center of activities, ensuring understanding of their real needs and delivering services according to high-quality standards. * **Commercial orientation:** Identifies business opportunities, considering the economic environment and differentiation from competitors.
