




We are looking for an Helpdesk Technician to integrate the team of our client \- a company in the transportation, logistics \& supply chain sector. What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? * Solve and manage technical problems, ensuring the helpdesk to internal colleagues from several areas; * Install and setup locally and remotely IT equipment and software (workstations/desktop); * Install and setup surveillance cameras, radios and intercommunicators; * Develop, support and maintenance of IT applications; * Capacity to diagnose and solve technical problems; * Experience in accounts management (Windows), creating e\-mail accounts, permissions and access levels, shared branches and printers; * Performing and maintenance of security and recovery backups. What is required from you? * Professional or university degree in Informatics, Electronics or similar area; * Minimum 01 year in a role related to IT support and helpdesk; * Previous experience with surveillance cameras, radios and intercommunicators will be valued; * Driving license and availability to 24\*7 support if necessary; * Sense of cooperation, positive attitude and ability to create empathy; * Ability and flexibility to respond to unexpected situations or change of course; * Initiative, curiousity and willing to find solutions.
