Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the team and plastic film rewinding processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth and modernization of production PACK 2000, an Excellence SME and national leader in packaging solutions, part of a rapidly growing group, is looking for a Production Supervisor (M/F) for its plastic film conversion and rewinding unit in Sintra. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily production activities at the rewinding unit; * Monitor operator productivity and adherence to production orders; * Ensure product quality and compliance with stipulated deadlines; * Ensure proper use of resources and maintain machines in good working condition; * Support and, when necessary, operate one of the rewinding machines; * Collaborate on continuous process improvement and waste reduction. Mandatory Requirements: * Completed secondary education (12th grade); * Proven experience in an industrial environment (mandatory); * Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.); * Good spoken and written English skills; * Residence in the Sintra district or neighboring municipalities of Cascais or Oeiras; * Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in supervisory, shift leader, or production management roles; * Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems); * Basic understanding of preventive maintenance and occupational safety; * Immediate or short-term availability will be valued.
